At Afends, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items. Whether you need a different size or a store credit, our process is designed to be as sustainable and straightforward as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original compostable packaging to minimize environmental impact.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
